Cancellations
Typically, orders can be cancelled as long as they haven’t been processed and dispatched. However, items are usually dispatched within 24 hours, so the cancellation window is extremely short.
Amending existing orders
Unfortunately, our system doesn’t support edits. You must contact us in order to cancel the existing order, if possible, and a new order must be placed.
Returns
Due to the bespoke nature of the items sold on ArtByBec, we don’t accept returns. Any attempt to return a purchased item is entirely at your risk and expense. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
Damaged items
If your order is received damaged, then please let us know via the contact us page so we can look into it. We require photo evidence of the damaged item and packaging
Missing shipments
Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order by first class post. The minimum time you should allow before reporting a lost shipment after dispatch is 5 working within the UK, 10 working days for Europe and 15 working days elsewhere. Please let us know via the contact us page.
